49ers vs Chabot - Home game - 9/'15/2010

Missed the first game due to being late again.  We won.  Almost done with the 2nd game and we're up 19-11.  Megan H. with a tip down, 20-11.  Taylor with a kill and it's 21-11.  Hailey serving.  Chabot hits out, 22-11.  Dig by Judy, Hailey hits net from the back row.  22-12.  Chabot serves, Taylor dumps, 23-12.  Taylor serving.  Dig by Alisha, Megan H goes for a tip, chabot sends it back.  23-13.  Chabot serves ace, 23-14.  Bad serve receive, 23-15.  Chabot finds that ever present hole in the middle of our D  23-16.  Brit tries one but hits net, 23-17.  Another tip in to the middle hole, 23-18.  Alisha with a dig, Brit puts one down from the right side, 24-18.  K9 to serve.  There's that hole in the middle again.  24-19.  Good attempt by Alisha, but Chabot sends it back and we miss the dig.  24-20.  Brit with another good attempt, then a block by Brit and Megan D to end the game, 25-20.

Game 3:  Well, it looks like the regular crew on the floor to start this game.  Megan D to serve.  Dig by K9, save by Megan D but we lose it at the net, 0-1.  Bad serve receive, 0-2.  Another bad serve receive, 0-3.  Chabot puts one in the net, 1-3.  Judy to serve.  Hailey sends a text message from the middle, 2-3.  Dig by K9 and another kill by Hailey.  Stuff by Hailey and Taylor, 4-3.  4-4 as Chabot gets one down.  Another stuff by H&T and it's 5-4 with Alisha serving.  Chabot gets one off our block, 5 all.  K9 hits one wide, 5-6.  K9 gets one down and Hailey to serve, 6 all.  Chabot gets one in the middle, 6-7.  Chabot serves net, 7 all.  Taylor serving.  Brit tries from the right but they dig it up, then get one off the block.  7-8.  Long rally and then we lose a pass at the net, 7-9.  Brit rips one down from the left, 8-9 with K9 to serve.  K9 lets one land in and it's 8-10.  Chabot hits long, 9-10.  Hailey with one, 10 all with Megan D to serve.  We miss a pass, 10-11.  Brit gets blocked, 10-12.  Chabot serves long, 11-12.  Judy to serve.  We are called for being in the net on a block, 11-13.  Hailey slaps it down for 12-13.  Alisha to serve.  We serve wide, 12-14.  Ace by Chabot right on the line, 12-15.  K9 gets stuffed, 12-16.  K9 goes angle and they get it up but then hit net, 13-16 with Hailey serving.  Block by Taylor and Megan D.  Then a double call on Chabot, 14-16.  K9 with a rip on sharp angle, 15-16.  We misplay a dink over, 15-17.  Long serve by chabot, 16-17.  Taylor serving.  Chabot hits wide, 17 all.  Bad pass off the back row and it's 17-18.  K9 hits wide from the right side, 17-19.  Brit slaps it in and it's 18-19 with K9 Serving.  Ace, Ace baby!  19 all.  Another one, 20-19.  Long rally with lots of digs and hits, but we get Alisha WAY under the net:)  20 all.  K9 with a kill from the back row, 21-20.  Megan D to serve, and it's an ace, 22-20.  Got us in the net again, 22-21.  Alisha slams it down, 23-21.  Great hustle and a save by Judy and Taylor and then Taylor slams one, 24-21.  Chabot hits long, 25-21. 

Yuba wins the match 3-0.  Thanks to the fans that came out tonight.  We saw Linda Jaime, Kelly Ruiz and of course Allison Melani couldn't resist since it's so close to her house.  Congrats to the team and we'll play again on Friday.
