Home Game vs Napa 10/22/2010

Here we are for the big game.  Yuba taking on Napa.  Need a win here to climb back in to the playoff picture.

Game 1: Taylor will start us off with the serve.  Napa gets one from the right side, 0-1.  Napa hits long, 1-1 with K9 to serve.  She serves wide, 1-2.  Brit hammers one down from the right side, 2-2 with Megan to serve.  Napa hits in the net, 3-2.  They put another one in the net, 4-2.  Alisha gets in on it with a tip over the block, 5-2.  Taylor wants some too, with a deep set to the corner, 6-2.  Net serve, 6-3.  K9 gets one down from the back row, 7-3 with Judy serving.  Alisha gets a sharp angle to go, 8-3.  Napa hits long, 9-3.  Hammertime Hailey gets one to go off the block, 10-3 and Napa wants a timeout!  Hailey gets a dink to go, 11-3 after a great dig by Alisha.  Great blocks by Hailey and Napa can't get it over the net, 12-3.  Alisha goes sharp angle but it lands wide, 12-4.  We let one fall at the net, 12-5.  An overpass gets stuffed back on us, 12-6.  K9 gets anther one from the back row, 13-6 with Alisha to serve.  Net serve, 13-7.  Hailey gets another one down, 14-7.  K9 with a great dig on a block.  Hailey to serve.  Napa hits long, 15-7.  Napa puts it in the net, 16-7.  Napa gets one down deep, 16-8.  We let another one go deep, 16-9.  Taylor gets stuffed on a dink attempt, 16-10.  K9 gets one down line, 17-10 with Taylor to serve.  Brit gets a big block, 18-10.  Napa gets a dink to fall in, 18-11.  Napa serves long, 19-11 with K9 to serve.  Brit and Megan get a great stuff block, 20-11.  Ace by K9, 21-11.  Napa won't go easy, they get one deep in the middle, 21-12.  We get a net call on us, 21-13.  Megan gets one off a touch in the back, 22-13.  Megan to serve.  Double call on Napa, 23-13 and it's timeout Napa!  A fantastic long rally coming back in play but Napa gets it, 23-14.  But it's Brit to the rescue, 24-14 with Judy serving.  Napa gets one down line, 24-15.  Napa hits long and it's a 25-15 Yuba win.  Wooohooo!  Much better play tonight.  Crisp on offense and hustling on D!
