Home Game vs Napa 10/22/2010 Game 3

Game 3: Taylor will get us started with the serve.  K9 rips one down line, 1-0.  Napa gets one deep middle, 1-1.  Bad serve receive, 1-2.  Another one, 1-3.  We hit one in the net, 1-4.  Napa sneaks one over, 1-5.  Napa puts one in the net, 2-5 with K9 to serve.  Another one goes out, she cannot serve tonight!, 2-6.  Alisha slaps one down to get it back, 3-6 with Megan to serve.  Napa gets one off our block, 3-7.  Another bad serve receive, 3-8.  Where did these dum-dums come from?  Thought we has gotten rid of them!  Hailey stuffs one back, 4-8 with Judy to serve.  Hammertime slaps down anther one, 5-8.  Hailey sends one long, 5-9.  Great attempt at a save by Judy but it goes long, 5-10.  Napa serves long, 6-10 with Alisha to serve.  Double call on us, 6-11.  Another double on us, 6-12.  Timeout Yuba.  We have really got a case of the dum-dums going and I really thought we had sent those packing after the first two games tonight.  Need to re-focus here and get back in this thing!  Napa serving.  Napa gets one off our block, 6-13.  K9 gets a tip to fall, 7-13 with Hailey to serve.  Napa hits wide, 8-13.  Napa puts one in the net, 9-13.  K9 with another rip, 10-13.  Ace by Hailey on a nice touch serve just barely over the net, 11-13 and it's a timeout Napa!  Another kill down line by K9, 12-13.  K9 gets stuffed on the next one, 12-14.  K9 comes back and gets one off a touch, 13-14 with Taylor to serve.  Brit tries one but it goes long, 13-15.  Megan gets one to go deep and it's 14-15 with K9 to serve.  Brit gets one in the hole, and it's 15 all.  Here come the 9er's!  Brit and Megan get a block for 16-15 and the 49er's have the lead.  Timeout Napa!  Taylor rips one from the back row, 17-15.  K9 still serving.  We put one in the net, 17-16.  Brit gets one deep that Napa can't return, 18-16 with Megan to serve.  Net serve, 18-17.  Alisha gets a sharp angle to go, 19-17 with Judy to serve.  Hailey gets a tip in, 20-17.  Go 9er's!  Napa gets one in, 20-18.  Taylor gets blocked on a swing, 20-19.  We let one fall as two players run in to each other and block the setter from getting to the ball.  Yaaggghhh! It's 20-20 and timeout Yuba.  Napa serving.  Hammertime dents the floor on one, 21-20 with Alisha to serve.  Napa hits long but it's controversy, wait, the ref has changed the call and it was touched by us, 21-21.  Hammertime does it again, 22-21 and Hailey gets the serve.  Napa gets one to go angle, 22-22.  Napa gets one down deep, 22-23.  We overpass and Napa stuffs it right back, 22-24.  We overpass again with the same result and it's a 22-25 Napa win.  Looks like we're going to game 4 now.  We really need to come out focused and ready this game.
