Away Game vs Laney College Eagles 10/27/2010 Game 3

Game 3:  Tied at one game apiece we will start this one with Taylor serving.  K9 tries with a left hand that doesn't go, 0-1.  Brit rips one from the left side, 1-1 with K9 to serve.  Net serve, 1-2.  We are really off our game.  Brit gets a tip to fall, 2-2 with Megan to serve.  Laney is in the net, 3-2.  Double on Laney, 4-2.  Laney hits one in the net, 5-2.  Ace by Megan as it rolls over the net for 6-2.  Laney hits wide, 7-2.  Net serve, 7-3.  Taylor gets one from the back row, 8-3 with Judy in to serve.  We let one fall in the middle of the floor, 8-4.  Bad serve receive, 8-5.  4 hits on Laney, 9-5 with Alisha to serve.  K9 gets one, 10-5.  Hailey hits in the net on a "C", 10-6.  Laney gives it back with a net serve, 11-6 with Hailey to serve.  K9 gets one off the block, 12-6.  Laney can't return the serve, 13-6 and it's timeout Laney.  Long rally to start back play with a lot of great digs and hits.  Finally Laney gets one to go, 13-7.  Bad serve receive, 13-8.  Lift call on us, 13-9.  Laney gets another one down, 13-10.  Laney hits long to end another long rally, 14-10 with Taylor to serve.  Laney hits long again, 15-10.  Brit gets one on a block, 16-10.  Laney in the net, 17-10.  Ace by Taylor, 18-10.  Laney wants a timeout to talk it over!  Quick look at the World Series shows the Giants up 8-2.  Looks like they're roughing up the Ranger's big stud!  Back to VB action.  Taylor serving.  Laney gets a tip inside our block, 18-11.  Brit gets a block, 19-11 with K9 to serve.  Ace, Ace Baby!, 20-11.  And then hits one in the net?, 20-12.  Laney gets one deep, 20-13.  Laney serves long, 21-13 with Megan to serve.  Laney lets a pass go astray, 22-13.  Megan serves net, 22-14.  Brit gets a backhand slap to fall, 23-14 with Judy to serve.  Over the net call on Laney, 24-14.  Hammertime finishes it off, 25-14.  We go up 2-1 in the match.  Moving to check baseball action and back for game 4.
