Away Game vs Contra Costa College 12 Nov 2010 Game 1

Next to the last game of the season.  Nice trip down to the Bay Area for this match.  Should be another victory and a chance to improve some of our individual stats.

Game 1:  Contra Costa Comets will start with the serve.  They put it in the net, 1-0 with Brit serving.  Double on the Comets, 2-0.  Comets hit long, 3-0.  Ace by Brit and it's 4-0.  Long rally ends with us being in the net, 4-1.  Comets hit long and it's 5-1 with Judy to the line.  Comets send another one to the far wall, 6-1.  Timeout Contra Costa.  Comets hit wide, 7-1.  We're late getting to one, 7-2.  Megan drills one from the back row, 8-2 with Hailey to serve.  Megan gets caught in the net, 8-3.  Megan makes up for it with a tip to score, 9-3 with Taylor to serve.  Taylor gets a push to go deep, 10-3.  Comets can't handle a pass, 11-3.  Ace by Taylor, 12-3.  Comets get one to land on line, 12-4.  Net serve by Contra, 13-4 with K9 to serve.  Comets get one off a touch, 13-5.  Megan gets another one in the middle, 14-5 with Megan to serve.  Double call on us, 14-6.  Brit can't get one on bad set, 14-7.  Hailey slaps one down, 15-7.  Comets get another one off a touch, 15-8.  Hailey gets another smack, 16-8 With Judy to the line.  Comets come right back with one of their own, 16-9.  Hailey goes off again, 17-9 and gets the serve.  Ace by Hailey, 18-9.  And another Ace, 19-9.  We let one get in the net, 19-10.  K9 gets one to go, 20-10 with Taylor serving.  Serve is long, 20-11.  Megan gets another one down, 21-11 with K9 to serve.  Judy gets one down line, 22-11.  Ace by K9, 23-11.  Comets put it in the net, 24-11.  We shank a pass, 24-12.  Brit finishes it off for a 25-12 win.  Moving to Game 2.
