Away Game - Los Medanos - 10/20/2010 Game 4

Game 4:  Taylor will start it off serving.  Hailey gets one from the back row, 1-0.  LM gets one in the middle, 1-1.  Brit hammers one from the left side, 2-1 with K9 to serve.  Mustangs hit wide, 3-1.  K9 serves long, 3-2.  LM serves net, 4-2 with Megan to serve.  We let one go on a shanked pass, 4-3.  LM hits long again, 5-3.  Judy in to serve.  LM hits one in the net, 6-3.  Alisha gets one down, 7-3.  Ace by Judy, 8-3.  Maybe we woke up now!  Alisha hits long, 8-4.  Hammertime Haily gets one off the block, 9-4 with Alisha to serve.  Net ball by the Mustangs, 11-4.  Ace by Alisha, 12-4 and the Mustangs call a timeout.  This is looking much better.  Maybe we got all the dum-dums out of our system in that last game.  I do notice a slight change in the back row defense alignment, maybe that is helping.  Alisha to serve.  Another ace, 13-4.  We let one slip by, 13-5.  Hailey goofs a tip attempt, 13-6.  Ace by the Mustangs, 13-7.  Are we asleep again?  They get one off our block, 13-8.  Taylor gets a block, 14-8 with Hailey to serve.  We serve out, 14-9.  Hailey hammers one from the back row, 15-9 with Taylor to serve.  LM hits the net, 16-9.  Ace by Taylor, 17-9.  And another one! 18-9 and the Mustangs need a timeout.  LM gets one on us, 18-10.  We let one fall down at the net, 18-11.  Ace by Los Medanos, 18-12.  Another ace, 18-13.  Brit gets one down from the left side, 19-13 with K9 to serve.  LM gets one down deep middle, 19-14.  They serve net, 20-14 with Megan to serve.  LM hits out, 21-14.  Hammertime Hailey puts another one down, 22-14.  LM can't handle one and it's 23-14.  Shanked pass on us, 23-15.  LM puts one in the net, 24-15 with Judy to serve.  Hammertime finishes it off, 25-15 and we can pack the Tahoe for the trip home!

Wanted to see better play than this considering our next match, but we'll take the win and go back to practice to work on things a little more tomorrow.
